Software Engineer ● Assumed Areas of Responsibility ○ As a job type, similar to SWE or Sr.SWE i. Not specialized in job categories such as Frontend, Backend, ML Engineer, mobile app development, etc. ii. Technical strengths and specializations will be assessed during technical interviews, with assignments made to teams where one can be interested and excel at the time of job offer. ○ After the second selection (technical interview), the expected level (L3～L5) is determined. ○ In the final interview, we will inquire about areas of interest and future career aspirations, and decide on the placement and area of responsibility (team matching). ○ Offer interview will explain the details of the assigned area. ● Challenges and Attractions ○ Opportunity to gain experience and grow as a full-stack engineer i. Involve broadly from the front end to server-side and infrastructure in one or more functions. ii. Polish technical skills and enhance one's market value. ○ An environment where you can compete and grow with members who have high technical skills. ○ Deep involvement in decision-making for the product of the assigned area. ● Gains and Future Career Path ○ Growth into a full-stack engineer. ○ Diverse career paths (IC, TLM, EM, PdM, etc.). ○ Experience in organizational expansion due to business expansion and development area expansion (team building, etc.). ● Document Screening Checkpoints ○ Whether there is experience in developing web systems. ○ Whether there is foundational knowledge in Computer Science (or related fields). ● Desirable Experience & Skills ○ Experience and achievements in programming contests (ICPC, AtCoder, etc.) with a rating of at least blue in AtCoder. |
