The autonomy to work independently is a key aspect of the role. Skills and Experience Desired for Sr. QA in the Assigned Area: Ability to design tests for new features and improve QA workflows. Serving as a role model for junior team members. Gains and Future Career Paths: Gain diverse experiences as a QA professional in a venture setting. Develop skills applicable to working as a QA professional in various contexts. Selection Criteria for Document Review: Experience working autonomously. Experience in a leadership role or in tasks like test design. Target Companies/Departments/Job Titles: Items to Be Confirmed by the Person in Charge: Full remote work preference may not be a match. Proficiency in Japanese for communication (from a language perspective). Given the frequent collaboration with other teams, strong communication skills are essential. |
