Train Client Advisors in presentation and persuasion techniques, conduct sales simulations, and collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to bridge knowledge gaps and enhance client interaction skills. Description * Partner with HQ for seasonal education updates. * Analyze training impact on store performance and client satisfaction. * Conduct regular visits to regional retail boutiques for hands-on collaboration. * Facilitate the development of storytelling skills and personal narratives.
