| Job Description |
The position entails taking charge of Japan Pricing Policies, Governance, Data & Systems, and working closely with Operating Units, Health Economics & Commercial Excellence to execute global pricing strategies. Additionally, responsibilities encompass representing Japan Pricing among stakeholders, fostering a pricing-focused culture, and ensuring adherence to finance and legal policies while addressing any pricing process challenges. Description * Act as the representative for Japan Pricing in discussions with APAC & Global Pricing stakeholders. * Engage with leadership from Operating Units (OUs), as well as sales & marketing teams, to address current portfolio needs and collaborate on pricing strategies for new product launches. * Improve the company's pricing practices by delivering relevant training on best practices and optimizing system usage. * Lead efforts to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and add value through the standardization of tools, procedures, and metrics. * Ensure the accuracy of pricing data across systems and adhere to SOX controls. * Adhere to Finance and Legal policies and procedures, promptly respond to both internal and external audit inquiries. * Assist in resolving issues related to pricing processes.
