This position will be responsible for operations related to the company's reinsurance contracts, including communication with the Head Office, a good opportunity for those who want to utilize their language skills. Among the main responsibilities: * Operations tasks and general affairs related to the establishment and revision of reinsurance agreements * Data management: checking accounts, collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to improve operational efficiency * Customer service: Providing assistance and support to reinsurance companies' inquiries, sending them reinsurance-related data * Communicating with Headquarters in English * Reinsurance work Implementation of various initiatives to improve quality * Preparation of regular reports to the risk management committee Profile The Team is looking for customer-oriented candidates with experience in operations who are interested in using their English skills, not afraid to speak up, and who want to make a difference at the company.
