Job Description * Reporting to Sales Group Manager, your will be responsible to manage several key accounts in the heavy manufacturing industry


Description

* Cultivate strong customer relationships.
* Develop sales strategies for accounts to maximize success.
* Manage 50+ sales accounts, meeting booking targets through effective pipeline utilization.
* Forecast key prospects to achieve individual sales targets.
* Utilize CRM (SAP) for managing customer information and sales activities.
* Create and maintain action plans for sales accounts.
* Collaborate with other teams to provide flexible solutions.
* Implement Wake-up Actions for dormant customers.
* Execute additional inside sales duties professionally.


Profile

Education/degree

* Bachelor degree in either Engineering or Business is required.
* Strategic Marketing experience is advantage.

Work experience

* A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in roles such as sales representative, sales engineer, or application engineer.
* Proficiency in solution sales is required.
* Highly desirable to have experience using CRM (SAP a plus).
* Overseas work experience is a significant advantage.

Other skills, experiences or highly desirable qualifications

* Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering background (focus on control systems for Industrial Automation, Test & Simulation, and Electric Power Generation)
* Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships by understanding their requirements and business direction
* Proficiency in making technical and commercial decisions and proposals
* Strong problem-solving skills and insight
* Analytical and logical thinking
* Expertise in sales process management, planning, and organizing
* Excellent communication skills
* Basic financial knowledge


Job Offer

* Flexibility for working remotely twice a week (after 6 months)
* Salary up to JPY6.5M per year plus company performance bonus once a year
