■主な事業内容 ・米国駐在員向けのクレジットカードサービス、ロードサイドアシスタンスに関わるプロモーション企画・運営 ・日本人向けカスタマーサービスセンターの運営 ■業務内容： ・クレジットカードのプロモーション企画および運営 ・カスタマーサービスセンターの運営・管理、メンバーのマネジメント ・提携先やクライアントとのコミュニケーション、業務調整 ・顧客データ分析、集計資料作成 ・予算実績管理 ・社内および本社との連携・社内および本社との連携 ■入社後の流れ 入社後はVISAが許可されるまでの期間は日本国内での勤務となります。 業務の引き継ぎや日本にあるカスタマーセンターを視察頂き理解を深めていただきVISAが取れ次第渡米していただきます ■配属先 Financial Services Division 11名 社内は日本語でのコミュニケーションとなります。 |
