Job Description You will lead the Digital & Mobility Solution Unit within the Marketing Department. The role involves overseeing the digitalization of business processes and marketing activities, collaborating with IT teams, and leading projects to enhance the customer experience in the Japanese market.


Description

* Oversee digitalization of business processes for the company and its dealers.
* Lead projects to enhance customer experience and sales promotion.
* Collaborate with multiple brands and dealers to develop mechanisms for customer retention and cross-selling.
* Lead marketing activities using digital tools.


Profile

* From 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation (DX) in B2C or B2B Industry.
* Experience in digital marketing strategy and project management.
* Experience in implementing online channels for product/service delivery.
* Fluent in English and Japanese
