Description * Establish and implement department strategic and financial plans aligned with corporate business strategy to meet and exceed organizational goals with optimum use of workforce and resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety guidelines, appropriate manufacturing standards as well as all regulatory requirements (Corporate, Divisional, local and Japan regulations pertaining to EHS and PS). * Identifies and quantifies EHS risks and their consequences relative to overall business goals and recommends appropriate actions. Profile * 2 years plus of experience in environmental, health and safety. Open to any industry. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and external parties. * Business level of Japanese and intermediate English.
