Job Description	Duties include: ■Coordinate and implement clinical strategies with staff which support a regional health network, such as a group of out-patient clinics ■Work closely with Hong Kong HQ to enhance medical services and clinic performance ■Provide feedback, encouragement, training, support, and leadership to the clinic teams ■Understand and take an active, independent role in improving Centre Medical’s commitment to the community by proactively recruiting and interviewing clinicians in open offices that meet the community needs – assisting in making hiring decisions for clinicians ■Develop, implement, and support the streamlining of processes and promote continual growth to benefit Centre Medical and its clients ■Regularly review and recommend updates to existing clinical policies and procedures ■Improve upon clinical and administrative metrics ■Develop and implement protocols to ensure successful communication between clinicians and management ■Collaborate with HQ functions and accountable for the organizational improvement in client experience and satisfaction ■High attention to detail and ability to prioritize various projects independently ■Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn ■Ability to handle and provide straight-forward feedback to the leadership team members ■Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines
Company Info	Centre Medical has successfully acquired two cardiovascular clinics located in Sapporo, Japan, where the two clinics originally derived from the Sapporo Cardiovascular Center (also called Sapporo Heart Center), which is a cardiology focus hospital and has been acquired by Asia Medical Group. We aim not only to continue the connection between the cardiology hospital and Centre Medical’s two new cardiovascular clinics, but we also aim to build the clinic business up to a higher level, enhancing our heart clinics’ brand with a greater reach in the Hokkaido Province. We are now looking to recruit a Regional Clinic Manager, in this managerial role you will have overall accountability for people and financial performance for the two Sapporo cardiovascular clinics. With support from HQ corporate and operational functions in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall two clinics’ performance, and success of the day to day running of the two clinics, and managing all aspects of the business including planning and executing in operational management, financial budgeting & forecasting, and overseeing human resources etc.
Job Requirements	Given the nature of this role, you will need to have previous experience in managerial positions from hospital / medical clinic settings; The manager will be fluent in Japanese and at least business level fluency in English, fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) will be desirable but not necessary. In addition to experience, we are seeking individuals who display the following attributes: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team, a professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers.
