Job Description	■Job overview: After joining the company, you will first gain experience in hotel front desk work, and then consider career advancement/change based on your aptitude. (1) Hotel front desk operations General hotel operations such as front desk customer service, reservations, inquiry handling, and incidental services/tourist information/safety management, etc. (2) Hotel head office operations Sales plan planning/implementation/marketing/sales/advertising planning/product planning/human resources/accounting/general affairs, etc.Hotel planning/operation/management work, etc. (3) Planning and operation of complex facilities Planning, operation, and management of commercial facilities/event halls/restaurants/bus terminals/hot spring facilities, etc. (4) New hotel development work Business plan/architectural plan creation/new product development/market research/opening preparation/equipment planning, etc.
