グロース市場に上場直後の急成長である教育事業展開する同社において、フロントエンジニアを大募集いたします！ ◆Webサイトまたはアプリケーションのデザイン、機能、ユーザービリティの設計 ◆HTML、CSS、JavaScript を使用したフロントエンド エンティティ ◆レスポンシブデザインの実装 ◆ユーザーエクスペリエンス（UX）の改善 ◆ビューアーの動作やパフォーマンスの最適化 ◆バックエンドとのAPI通信の実装 など サービス企画/設計部分から実際のコーディングまで開発業務全般をご担当いただきます。まだまだ発展途上のサービスであるため、今後AIやVRなどの新しいテクノロジーの導入なども積極的に企画提案いただくことも可能です！一緒にサービスをスケールさせていきたいマインドを持った方を大募集します！ ■開発環境： 主な使用言語：PHP、HTML、CSS、JavaScript、GraphQL フレームワーク：Laravel、Nuxt.js、Vue.js、FuelPHP データベース：MySQL（Amazon Aurora） クラウドサービス：AWS 開発ツール：GitHub、Docker、Jira、Confluence、Figma、Slack ■チーム構成：40名（フィリピン30名/日本10名） 日本で活躍するエンジニアは10名で、内7名が外国籍のメンバーです。英語と日本語を両方使う局面もありますが、英語に関しては他メンバーがフォローできる体制があるため、英語に対するアレルギーがなければ問題ありません！ 率先して手を動かしながら、フィリピンの開発メンバーに正しく要件を伝えることはもちろん、設計からの指示出し、レビューなど、チームに対してリーダーシップを発揮いただきたいと思っています！ また、日本の開発メンバーの増員や開発領域を広げていくにあたり、ゆくゆくは技術的なスペシャリストやマネージャーポジションも目指していただけます。 まずは技術的に開発チームを牽引いただきたいと思っていますが、あなたが目指している将来のキャリアについてもぜひお聞かせください！ |
