| Job Requirements |
General laboratory management work for the contracted service laboratory at the Keihinjima head office • Management operations and process improvement related to artificial gene synthesis, Sanger sequencing, and NGS operations. • People management of laboratory employees • New business development project management • Visit customer sites as necessary (possibility of accompanying sales department) qualification ■Required work experience [Required] ・Over 3 years of experience in managing 5 or more subordinates in laboratory operations [Preferential treatment] ・Experience in a life science related company is preferred ■Qualifications • Knowledge about genetic engineering and molecular biology • Some process improvement experience. • Department/team management experience or project management experience. • Knowledge of Excel macros and functions (can use basic functions such as SUM to VLOOKUP, and can create macros or read and edit existing ones while researching) *The latter is only applicable if artificial genes are also subject to management. ■Language • Japanese (native) • English (email required, daily conversation level preferred) |
