• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAPM AMS (Support) • At least 3 years of SD support • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management) • Working knowledge of ITIL process • JPLT2 Certification / Native Japanese • Added Advantage • Experience as an AMS Lead is an added advantage. • The Technical Panel remains the same, I will join as an additional panel. |
