Job Description	日本初のグローバルOTA(オンライン旅行予約サイト)実現のため、2022年に海外子会社を4箇所に展開した弊社の法務部門をリードする社内弁護士を募集します。【具体的には】 ■組織/システムのグローバル化に伴う各国法への対応策検討・実施(旅行業法、プライバシー保護法など) ■事業全般に係るリーガルリスクの分析、検討、課題解決 ■新規サービス立ち上げのための各種法令調査、適法性確認等 ■契約書、ユーザー利用規約等の作成及び審査 ■各種契約書のリーガルチェック

Job Requirements	【いずれも必須】 ■弁護士資格 ■ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC 800点以上) ★旅行業界、グローバルに展開しているサービス/グローバル企業での法務実務経験者歓迎します。【強み】コロナ渦で打撃を受けた旅行業界ですが、当社は従来旅行を店舗で予約していたユーザーを獲得し黒字を維持、更なる成長性があります。2023年は事業のグローバル展開や社内の国際化も進みつつあり、今まさに変革期のフェーズに入っているグロース上場企業です！
