品質システムの導入/調整/改善を担当し、技術サポートを提供。また、日々発生する品質問題への対応/原因究明/是正処置の確立/顧客とのコミュニケーションなど、顧客品質窓口としての役割も担っていただきます。 【業務内容】 ■品質問題への迅速な対応と、品質/スクラップ/保証などの分野における公式/非公式な問題解決を組織化し、優先順位を確立する。 ■顧客との迅速かつ正確なコミュニケーション、顧客品質問題対応において、品質マネージャーとスーパーバイザーの重要なサポート役となる。 ■品質マインドを持ち、効果的な顧客品質窓口として行動する。会社の利益を守り、顧客の信頼を得る。 など |
