[Business overview] You will be entrusted with the work as a staff member of the financial and accounting consolidation/overseas team. We are looking for someone who can proactively communicate in English with overseas subsidiary accounting members regarding monthly duties such as reviewing consolidated packages (financial statements) of overseas subsidiaries and special matters such as establishing overseas subsidiaries. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can provide quarterly support for around 10 companies, including overseas subsidiaries, in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and disclosure materials (short reports, quarterly reports, securities reports). [Specific job details] ■Overseas subsidiary management/review/update of consolidated package ■Preparation of consolidated balance sheet and consolidated cash flow statement ■Support for creating short letters, quarterly reports, and securities reports ■Preparation of board report materials ■Corresponding to audit corporations |

[Salary] Estimated annual income: 4.5 million yen to 6.5 million yen "breakdown" ■Monthly fee: Monthly fee: 375,000 yen to 541,667 yen ■Basic salary: 277,406 yen to 400,760 yen ■Expected overtime allowance (equivalent to 45 hours): 97,594 yen to 140,907 yen *Decisions will be made based on our standards based on the balance of previous year's income and experience. *Includes 45 hours of overtime allowance each month. *45 hours of overtime is not mandatory. *A separate allowance will be paid for overtime work exceeding 45 hours, late-night overtime work, and working on holidays. *Estimated overtime work will be paid in full even if the overtime work is less than 45 hours. *The above does not apply to managers and employees subject to the discretionary labor system. |
