Job Description	[Job Summary] As a talent manager of a VTuber group at one of the world's largest VTuber agencies, you will be accompanying your assigned VTubers in their growth and self-realization. [Specific Duties] ■Tasks to motivate talents ■Manage goals and schedules ■Coordinate with staff from each department within the company ■Attendance at advertisements, events, etc. ■Equipment support, troubleshooting ■Streaming planning support *Most of the talents live overseas and English is their native language. Company Info	[Company characteristics] Our company is a start-up in the content x technology field with the vision of operating one of the world's largest VTuber offices and utilizing VR/AR technology to create a new culture of virtual talent that can be used around the world. . “VTuber” is an internet culture originating from Japan that was born in 2016. In order to spread Japan's two-dimensional content, including VTuber, to the world, our company creates content that makes full use of the latest technology, such as optical motion capture technology and production in virtual space using a variety of effects. In addition to developing our own content, we also collaborate with creators of various genres to provide unprecedented two-dimensional entertainment. We are also developing a new platform to deepen communication between VTubers and their fans. Until now, VTuber's activities have centered on live streaming on YouTube, and communication with fans has been limited to the comment function. At our company, we have begun a full-scale metaverse project to realize mutual communication, including the development of an online community for fans to interact with each other, and a virtual space where fans can participate in live performances, events, and games in the same space as their affiliated VTubers.

Job Requirements	[Required skills/experience] ■English: Native level *For foreign nationals, Japanese business level or above ■Experience in progress management such as sales and project management ■Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information ■Able to commute to an office in Tokyo [Welcome skills/experience] ■Experience in text communication in Japanese ■Experience in interpersonal negotiations ■Passionate about spreading Japanese entertainment to the world
English Level	Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level	Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 7000K
Other Salary Description	[Salary] Expected annual salary: 4 million to 7 million yen Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours. Overtime will be paid separately. Preferential treatment will be given according to company regulations, taking into consideration skills, experience, and abilities.
