[Business overview] As an area manager for an overseas store, I will be responsible for the management of a new store opening in Waikiki, Hawaii! Our company, which operates a ramen chain in Japan, plans to open a new dining bar in Waikiki, Hawaii around July 2023. It is a large store with a seating capacity of 120, with very particular attention to interior design and design, and annual sales are expected to be in the hundreds of millions of yen. Would you like to work together to create a wonderful store that everyone from tourists to locals can visit? Furthermore, we have plans to open stores in mainland America in the future, and in addition to the first store currently in operation, we plan to open multiple stores after the opening of the new store, and there will be locations and positions for active participation. [Specific job details] ■Education of local staff (customer service/cooking) *We plan to hire approximately 40 staff members. ■Sales balance management/inventory management including purchasing and procurement ■Manual creation for new store launch ■Devising events and new menus *Before starting work locally, training will be conducted at a domestic store (approximately 3 to 6 months). [Organizational structure] At our first overseas store, we have one manager (who was an area manager at a domestic store) and about 10 local staff members. Delivery notes are written in English, but there is also follow-up from the head office, so it is an environment where you can learn English skills while working. [Flow after joining] ■After training for up to six months at the head office, you will work at our Hawaii store. ■Our company will be responsible for supporting you in obtaining a VISA and where you will stay locally. |
