Job Description	クリエイタープロダクション事業拡大をミッションとし、プロダクションの売上及び利益の向上、スタークリエイターを創出する事業戦略策定ををおまかせします。【具体的な業務内容】■事業戦略の立案と推進 ■組織マネジメント■売上／利益等のPL管理・KPI管理【BitStar Productionとは】■インフルエンサーのマネジメント事業（いわゆる事務所"業）■「ひとりひとりの情熱で、クリエイターの想像を超える未来をつくる」というミッション、「スターの創出」というビジョンのもと、専属約100組、アカデミー約300組のクリエイターをマネジメントしています。"
