Mandatory requirements: ■ Experience Those who have experienced one or more of the following ・ Work experience at an insurance company (regardless of life insurance or non-life insurance) ・ Work experience at a consulting firm or SIer (experience in charge of projects for insurance companies is a plus) ・Solution sales experience ■ Skills ・Creating materials and making proposals ・Communication ability to understand the points of the other party and build a conversation On the other hand, as long as you have empathy for insurance DX (business purpose) and the ability to flexibly adapt based on your goals, no experience or skills are required.
