Responsible for interpreting into Japanese for customers who speak foreign languages via phone calls and videophones received from corporate customers.
・Store customer service: Interpretation for product and service explanations in customer service with foreign customers
・Administrative procedures: Interpretation for various procedures when foreign nationals living in Japan come to the office
・ Reservation reception desk: Reception for service reservations, changes, and cancellations
・Interpretation support for foreign employees: Interpretation support for communication with foreign staff
・Other incidental business in general
We provide telemarketing services such as inbound call centers and multilingual call centers.

◆Those who are fluent in Chinese and Japanese, and who can conduct polite business conversations using honorifics
