Job Description |
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Develop and maintain relationships with senior management • Manage HR-related tasks and provide support for the Japan office • Set targets and objectives to achieve high levels of performance • Manage Japan Admin team and ensure confidential information of the employee • Manage all the processes for new joiners and transfers including scheduling interviews and preparing all documentation etc • Provide appropriate support and manage termination or redundancy process • Monitor and update any change in local labor laws • Make a report of related tasks in a timely manner • Negotiate the office building management for the office, parking lease and others as necessary |

Job Requirements |
【REQUIREMENTS】 • Over 10 years of experience in a multi-faceted HR role • University degree (ideally in Human Resources) • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail • Computer skills especially with Excel • Have a team-oriented mind • Ability to work under pressure and have a high level of independence • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English |
