Job Description |
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Collaborate with HR team in Asia to share good practices and support each other when necessary • Coach and handle management information to maintain effective people management • Responsible for HR or people management aspects and projects as agreed with the Head of HR • Work with managers to execute organizational design using data and insights • Evaluate, monitor and report about workplace diversity • Support and coach staff on behaviors that emphasize the company culture • Analyze and develop strategies and programs that enhances organization performance • Observe key people KPIs and organizational health indicators • Execute annual local remuneration review process • Making sure the employment agreements are compliant with regulations and legislation • Manage health and safety procedures • Develop new projects and activities using change management principles 【REQUIREMENTS】 • 5+ years’ experience in HR position • Experience with ERP systems • Experience in workforce optimization, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development • Ability to influence stakeholders • Experience and knowledge in HR analytics |
