Job Description 【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Provide legal advice to several business functions
• Manage drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts
• Assist M&A and cooperation projects
• Collaborate with external legal advisors
【REQUIREMENTS】
• Work experience in a law firm or in-house legal role, preferred
• Knowledge in Japanese civil/commercial law and anti-trust principles
• Knowledge in Data Protection law
• Business English skills
