Help desk support will handle facility service requests received from end users by phone, email, or self-service tickets.
Customer service personnel are primarily responsible for creating, shipping, and monitoring completion within the agreed SLA.
· Manage the volume of phone calls (inbound / outbound), email, and self-service tickets
-Collect details from the client to create work instructions for problem solving
• Identify the needs, concerns, and problems of customers and field responders with urgency, critical thinking, professionalism, and efficiency, and determine the necessary solutions.
・ If necessary, issue work instructions in a timely manner, including callouts.
-Manage work instructions to be completed within the SLA
・ Identify and deal with important or urgent requests
・ Customer support by phone and email

This position may provide training and support, such as technical guidance, to colleagues and new employees.

【EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE】
・Minimum of 2 years work experience BPO Customer Service domain, preferably in FacilitiesManagement or a similar setting
・Highest standards of ethics and integrity
・Effective listening, empathy, building rapport, excellent written and verbal communication skills in the language of support as applicable (e.g. but not limited to Mandarin, Spanish, German, Dutch, Bahasa)
Keen attention to detail
・Great time management and organizational skills
・Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
・Requires ability to use multiple systems and tools (e.g. but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CMMS, ServiceNow, MyBuy, SI7, Salesforce)
