Job Description • Responding to incidents(Call/email), solving client product technical issues or escalating issues to product specialists.
• Review/assess the technical situation and establish case priority/severity in accordance with the service level agreement
• Handle Level 1 Escalations and adhere to escalation matrix
• Understanding of operating systems, networking technologies/protocols, and software applications
• Ensure operating standards are adhered to and updated as necessary
• Log incident details to Incident Management Portal
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, CSV files
