Required Skills & Experiences(must have): - Advanced communication skills (including presentation skills) - Flexibility and adaptability in challenging environment - Self-starter and able to have curiosity anything related to both technology and business - Overall knowledge/experience in IT / More than 5 years - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Japanese (Native level of Japanese) - Experience of vendor management including budget management - Experience of RPA CoE build process or operation - Experience of RPA implementation - Experience of pipeline building of DevOps (Using Jenkins, Concourse, SonarQube, Snyk etc) - Basic information/cyber security knowledge - Basic infra and network knowledge - Self-explanatory documenting skill - Familiar with & experience in technologies such as: Java, Javascript(Angular/TypeScript), .NET, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, shell script, Dos script, PowerShell, Office tools - Familiar with architecture design patterns including event driven architecture - Familiar with Microsoft Azure technologies - Project management knowledge or experience Skill & Experiences (is a plus): - ITIL Foundation certified - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect - Microsoft Technical solution certified (Azure) |
