Job Description Responsibilities:
Team management (Progress update, assignment management, Issue management)
People management (Career planning, goal setting, evaluation)
Communication management with stakeholders (report, explanation, negotiation etc)
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Support the team's development quality and processes through review and approval processes.
Troubleshoot system and network failures as well as application crashes
Monitor and maintain team services and configurations, and drive efficient and smooth operations
Continuously optimize operations and reduce risk through automation and process improvement
Propose improvement based on subjective/objective analysis.
Evaluation for development method and key technologies
Offshore development management
Organization; Manage 20people (including partner staffs)

Mandatory Qualifications:
Team management experience (10+people) to achieve targets on schedule under high pressure(more than 2 years)
Experience in coaching or career development for the engineer
Curiosity and understanding of technology trends
Experience in development for consumer-facing internet services
Experience in troubleshooting and performance improvement of service
Experience in co-working with offshore development teams or working abroad (with communication in English).
