Requirements
・Experiences in Helpdesk or Service desk
・Hands-on technical experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, system imaging, VPN, network connectivity and mobile devices.
・Experience with remote access and remote control tools to support remote users
・Strong service oriented mentality
・N2 Japanese or above/English:Intermediate or above
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
