・Provide IT support services for all aspects of user account setup and maintenance
・Support phone & video conference equipment, printers / copiers, antivirus, system updates and general IT hardware / software issues

・Provide status and updates on tickets to authorized users timely and efficiently
・Provide support and configuration of mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry)

・Hands-on technical experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, system imaging, VPN, network connectivity and mobile devices.

・N2 Japanese or above/English:Intermediate or above
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
