The successful candidate will work at IT & Security Governance, Security Team and Governance Team. IT & Security Governance is made up of three separate teams. Cyber Security, IT Governance and Service Management. Service Management is a governing team. The goal of Service Management is to provide oversight and insight into operations through Change, Incident and problem management. This is done as acting as the product owner of or IT Service Management tooling and assisting our different agile teams in reducing incidents and finding solutions to problems so that the business can see speedy and reliable execution. This is done in concert with IT Governance and Cyber Security which gives unique insight into what is happening at the company and allows for a variety of robust and critical conversations to allow improvement at a more rapid pace.
Currently the Security and Governance team do not have a dedicated sharepoint site to share information to other members in the IT and business area. To increase efficiency and sharing of knowledge, creation and management of a site in sharepoint is required. With the sharepoint created, it will allow more time for members in security and governance team to work on BAU and other work.
The purpose of this position is to create and manage the daily operational support of the sharepoint site for the Security and Governance Team.
This role reports to the IT Security Lead and will be working closely with both Security and Governance members. However, since the purpose of the sharepoint site it to generate knowledge transfer, the main customer is other business areas within the company. Therefore, communication with members from other areas will be required. If time allows, building of dashboards using power BI will be requested. This position will also be responsible for document management within sharepoint. Also assisting other members to complete IT processes may be requested to help complete in a timely manner.

- Experience with O365 and sharepoint.
- Ability to create and document processes, workflows and manuals
- Experience in financial or insurance industry
- Previous experience in other IT positions like development or technical support
