Job Description Purpose: 
The purpose of OMS FIRST CHOICE Advisor role is to support the implementation of the Operations
Management System (OMS) in the country and ensure sustainability across sites.  
OMS is the standard operations system for us operations. The role of OMS advisor will include 
governing the progress of OMS FIRST CHOICE to ensure the sustainability in the country, act as a 
coach to the site leadership team and also support capability development throughout implementation 
to drive standardization across sites with behavioral and cultural changes and promote benchmarking across sites.  
 
Key Tasks: 
 
Act as a coach through the implementation  
− train and coach site champion and site leadership team on OMS FIRST CHOICE principles and elements, performance cube and infrastructure 
− present expected roles & responsibilities and level of support required from them in the OMS FIRST CHOICE journey 
− present the necessary infrastructure that will enable and deliver OMS FIRST CHOICE 
[documentation, organizational, physical and technology points of view] and ensure their understanding and commitment  
− evaluate site performance cube with site leadership team and OMS FIRST CHOICE 
champion, aligning ramp-up and next steps to improve utilized capacity    
− coach OMS FIRST CHOICE champion and site leadership team on OMS FIRST CHOICE 
elements and principles on the job 
 
Support site to build the infrastructure and culture of OMS FIRST CHOICE    
− train local staff team within each site [Quality, Safety, HR]  
− train and coach the development of OMS FIRST CHOICE infrastructure with site champion, owner and site management team   
− support site manager on span of control analysis and adjustment plan   
− support site leadership team to develop Excellence School (physical infrastructure, trainers, training program and materials) and ensure standardization across sites  
− train and coach the development of OMS FIRST CHOICE culture with site champion, owner and site management team    
− ensure OMS FIRST CHOICE standards for new sites / new business driving the site management team to it 
− role modelling culture and behaviour, change management expectations   
− review the standard training matrix and program with each site, including particularities, detailing processes that need to be covered on trainings   
− ensure site management team are focused to have shop floor team following the standards 
 
OMS FIRST CHOICE Governance – Drive OMS FIRST CHOICE Progress and escalated as needed 
− develop business cases of sites that are under OMS FIRST CHOICE implementation  
− share experiences, business cases of successful implementations, best practices and 
capabilities of OMS FIRST CHOICE with site leaders and OMS FIRST CHOICE champion 
− is in charge of Plan View governance for all sites of his responsibility   
− support OMS FIRST CHOICE Champion to speed up the OMS FIRST CHOICE coverage on site   
− gather the information for standardization control (focused on OMS FIRST CHOICE culture) 
with sites and monitor the progress with site management team review implementation status with each site and report to the country lead accomplishments 
and critical points 
− understand and address challenges with infrastructure, cultural and behavioural changes with 
OMS FIRST CHOICE country lead

Requirements
Skills / Qualifications  
− Strong operational background in the supply chain industry   
− The role holder must be dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan        
− The ability to influence without authority is required strongly / significantly in this role 
− The role holder must act self-initiative but understand the role as an integrated team role 
− Experience is needed to collaborate with ops managers across all levels within a country 
− Strong in Process understanding and LEAN approach 
 
Expected years of experience 
Min 3-5years  
− Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable 
− Experience working within supply chain operations is essential for this role 
− Experience in a manufacturing/operational environment is needed 
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary Depends on experience
