Job Description This position is set up to be responsible for sales in Japan, focusing on polymer and rubber application.

【Main Responsibilities】
‣Identify business opportunities on existing products to provide value added application and optimized
value proposition for our clients
‣Identify potential commercial and technical needs from customers and proactively to initiate internal discussion for solutions
‣Support marketing managers, technical service managers and S&T team for new business projects.
‣Collect market and competitor’s intelligence to develop new customers
‣Provide reliable input from own market and contribute shaping the market strategy
‣To deliver assigned annual business objectives per budget
‣ Updating sales forecast; Prepare monthly sales report
‣Manage distributors/dealers in the assigned area.

 ‣ Develop new customers
 ‣Maintain and increase the business with incumbent customers.

Working Hours 09:00~17:30
・Working hours: 8 hours a day (60 minutes break)
・Average monthly overtime: 10~30hours
・Flextime available (Core time: 10:00~16:00)
-Sales experience in inorganic fillers for plastic is preferred.
-Solid sales, marketing or business development experience in the value chain of plastic compounding or
-Commercial background in the plastic industry, formulation and processing knowledge is a plus
-Knowledge of rubber, paint and ACS is a plus.
-Strong networking in polymer market

-5 year experience in selling specialty products or processed additives (particularly inorganic fillers ) with
demonstrated experience in technical sales.
-Able to communicate in English including dialogue, report writing and presentation
