Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports To (Title): Service Manager / Project Manager
Supervision Received: The incumbent performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to the supervisor's guidelines.
Position Overview
The position of Dispatch Coordinator provides complex dispatch coordination support for technicians servicing customers.
Daily 1) Coordinating the day-to-day activities associated with assigned projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished according to the project plan and/or contractual agreement(s); including the following:
a) Monitor service requests in the Company’s Call Management System
b) Schedule and coordinate on-site service requests with technical resources
c) Coordinate parts delivery, shipments and inventory management
d) Assist in the preparation of project status reports
e) Serve as an internal and customer contact liaison as appropriate; referring non-routine or major problems to management or other personnel as appropriate
f) Facilitate administrative and/or operational changes affecting assigned projects as determined by management.
g) Confer with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibility and scope of authority as appropriate and assigned by management
Daily 2) Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction via the timely management and resolution of customer satisfaction issues; including the following:
a) Provide feedback regarding customer requirements
b) Analyze a customer narrative of an escalation
c) Research solutions and recommend alternatives to problems
Daily 3) Maintain clear and timely communication with corporate staff, field staff and third party vendors as needed to effectively execute above duties.
Daily 4) Prepare, maintain and submit job-related documentation (paper or electronic) in an accurate and timely fashion. Tasks may include accurate data entry into Allied Digital’s information systems as appropriate.
Varies 5) Attend Company training, meetings and other job-related activities as required.
Daily 6) Conduct and manage business in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures including:
a) Maintaining a high standard of business and ethical conduct with our customers, vendors and employees;
b) Following workplace operating and environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines.
