Sales/AE - IT Sales
MIND Japan is growing the IT sales team and is currently looking for a dynamic IT Sales professional to join us in Tokyo, Japan (open for other locations too). To be successful in the role you would need to have Hunter role experience and proven track record in building a business from scratch would be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to new and prospective customers.
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
•Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
•Ability to generate credible leads and pursue them for generating new business.
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
•Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
•Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
•Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
•Continuously improve through feedback

•Degree holder with up to 6-8 years of experience of doing business development in IT or Automotive software field.
•Intensive understanding of IT solutions knowledge with experience of working with BI, IOT, Analytics, ERP, Engineering and other Business Applications software in manufacturing, Industrial automation, healthcare, logistics, aerospace etc.
•Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Agile Methodologies
•We are looking for the native level of Japanese who are Bilingual (Business English) and willing to manage large customer accounts and own sales numbers.
•Presales or Business Development Consultants from niche software or system integrators seeking career change can be considered.
•Good listener with the ability to understand customers’ needs to uncover their pain points and match them to our solution offerings.
•Domestic Travel 50% overseas travel will be based on business needs.
