Teneo Partners Limited was established in October of 2003 as a holding company in the Cayman Islands. Shortly thereafter we set up our initial operating branch in Tokyo, Japan. Since that time we have expanded by setting up operating subsidiaries in both Australia and Singapore as well as converting our Japan operation from a branch office to locally incorporated company. Each of the operating entities is fully owned by Teneo Partners Limited.

Teneo Partners Limited is a privately held company owned and operated by the two principals of the firm, each of whom hold twenty five percent of the outstanding shares. The remaining fifty percent of the outstanding shares are held by passive investors who are not involved in the day to day business conducted by Teneo Partners.
