We also communicate closely with the producing areas and constantly exchange various information. Live seafood is shipped by air from the producing areas every week. Frozen seafood is imported monthly by sea after being inspected from specific areas. OUR SERVICE SMILE We have dedicated delivery staff who deliver directly to customers in major areas of Tokyo using our own trucks (refrigerated and frozen vehicles). Our staff strives to deliver with attentiveness, a smile, and knowledge of our products. Our distribution center works in cooperation with the delivery team to deliver and dispatch products quickly and efficiently. Temperature control is strictly performed within the center, and the safety of the imported products is the top priority, from storage to packaging, delivery, and shipment.
