 40% of the staff are Japanese nationals and 60% are foreign nationals. We gather excellent human resources in their 20s and 40s from countries and regions around the world regardless of nationality, and comprehensively support language training, advanced academic study abroad, corporate training, and employment in Japan. In the study abroad department, we cooperate with educational institutions around the world to arrange study abroad at schools approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of the Government of Japan. The number of Japanese companies, including small and medium-sized enterprises, is 1,500, and we provide consulting services for school establishment by joint-stock companies in various places to promote the local economy and solve the shortage of human resources. Under the supervision of experts and lawyers / administrative scriveners who are familiar with study abroad visas / working visas, we apply for about 8,000 visas annually. Foreign staff vary in nationality and we do not have language restrictions to make it easier for you to work. (You can work even if you have no Japanese skills) We aim to be a Japan Business College that grows with the globalization of Japan and the companies and human resources that are making a leap forward in the world. |
