1)Key Account Manager
・顧客とのビジネスの動向を分析し、売上、利益を目標以上に伸ばすための 計画立案やビジネス拡大の創出
・新規顧客や休眠顧客の獲得のための営業活動
・主要担当顧客との良好な関係構築 等

2)Client Operations Executive (Call Center)
1. クライアントへの高品質なサービスの提供
2. 電話、メール、オンラインによるクライアントからの問い合わせをお客様目線で積極的に、丁寧に、親身になって対応する
3. クライアントからの要望、問題、苦情を、定められたポリシー、ガイドライン、条件に従って、迅速かつ正確に解決する　等

●勤務地 / Work Locations
オフィスは東京（港区汐留、最寄りのJR浜松町から徒歩3分）
※ハイブリッド・ワーキング・ポリシーを採用しており、出勤は最低週二日で残りはリモート勤務です

●待遇 / Salary
1)基本給6,000,000円 / 年～、スキル・経験により優遇
2)基本給3,500,000円 / 年～、スキル・経験により優遇

●応募条件 / Qualifications
1)Key Account Manager
・同職種の経験者があることが望ましい
・積極的で、チームワークを大切にして業務に取り組める方
・ホスピタリティ、ツーリズム、または関連分野を専攻、修了された方
・旅行業界経験者優遇
・母国語レベルの日本語力、およびビジネスレベルの英語力（会話、読み書き）

2)Client Operations Executive (Call Center)
・サービス精神旺盛で、顧客サービスに対して興味がある方
・ホテル業務経験が1年以上ある方
・熱意があり、口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション能力に優れている方
・英語によるコミュニケーション（会話、読み書き）が得意な方
・タイムマネージメント力に優れ、急速に進む環境下の中でプレッシャーを跳ね除け業務をすることができる方
・積極的で、常に結果を求め、チームワークを大切にする方
・ホスピタリティ、ツーリズム、または関連分野を専攻、修了された方
・大規模なコールセンターでの実務経験がある方
・シフト勤務可能な方
