Job Description Support for customers and IT staff
*Support with customers (email, phone, chat, face-to-face) and IT staff
*Adjustment of service content and scope of support

Reporting and management work
*Preparation of monthly reports and reports, participation in meetings (Helpdesk work for client companies)
*User account management
*Support for handover of Helpdesk work

Technical support
*General support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices
*Installation of hardware and software
*Escalation to vendors, incident control
*On-site support

*Assignment will be considered based on experience and preference (young/mid-level positions available)
