Be part of our exciting future as we grow the company together! 職務内容： - クライアント開拓 - 既存顧客への人材紹介営業 (Managed Service部門の営業でのインセンティブもあり) - 企業間契約やオファーレター等の交渉 - 定期的なクライアントコミュニケーション - 求職者へコンタクトおよびインタビュー、フォローアップ - 採用プロセスの管理および調整 - Staffing team内でのナレッジシェア(新規求人/候補者) - 業務改善案、イベント企画等 - 職務に関する寄稿等、その他必要に応じて Job Description Emerge Global K.K. has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual Staffing Specialist! Be part of our exciting future as we continue to grow the company together. Your Responsibilities: - Client Development - Permanent Placement Sales - Network, self-brand, promote Emerge Global K.K. (Introducing other Emerge services to clients which includes Managed Services) - Work closely with clients to regularly bring in new requirements - Negotiate employee contracts, terms and conditions and salary - Interview and qualify candidates - Manage the hiring process from start to finish - Effectively manage client expectations during the hiring process 契約期間/Contract terms: Permanent 試用期間/Probation period: 3 months 就業場所/Work location: Meguro office /Kodenmacho office 就業時間/Work hour: 9:00 - 18:00, 10:00 - 19:00 (flex) 休憩時間/Break time: 1 hour 休日/Holiday: Sat & Sun, national holidays 賃金/Salary: Flexible 30 hours (in a month) is included as fixed monthly overtime fee

勤務時間	9AM - 6PM or flexible
応募条件	Requirements: - Over 3 years experience in Sales and Client Management as a recruitment consultant - Local and regional market knowledge including relevant legal provision - Native level in Japanese and business level in English or Native level in English and conversational level in Japanese - Professional, reliable and well-presented - Outstanding Time Management - you know how to prioritize tasks - Excellent written and oral communication skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Personal Requirements You make things happen, hunter type You are persistent yet patient You want to win and yet are humble in victory and gracious in defeat You are results oriented and driven.
