仕事内容	Emerge Global K.K.における、リクルートメントコンサルタント職です。日本国内では人材紹介部門は少人数で行っており、既存顧客の安定拡大と新規顧客拡大の段階ではありますが、現段階ではクライアントのバッティングもなく、外資系企業/日系グローバル企業開拓の余地が十分にあります。独力で動ける方には自身の経験・スキルを試すのに、ちょうど良い環境となると存じます。米国では人材紹介部門が大きく成長し、日本国内でも2021年は昨対150%以上となりました。職務内容： - 既存・新規顧客への人材紹介営業 - クライアント開拓 - 企業間契約やオファーレター等の交渉 - 定期的なクライアントコミュニケーション - 求職者へのコンタクトおよびインタビュー、フォローアップ - 採用プロセスの管理および調整 - Team内でのナレッジシェア (新規求人/候補者) - 業務改善案、社内外イベント企画等 - 職務に関する寄稿等、その他マーケティング施策提案等、必要に応じて Job Description Emerge Global K.K. has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, Bilingual Recruitment Specialist. Your Responsibilities: - Permanent Placement Sales - Client Development - Network, self-brand, promote Emerge Group. - Work closely with clients to regularly bring in new requirements - Negotiate employee contracts, terms and conditions and salary - Interview and qualify candidates - Manage the hiring process from start to finish - Effectively manage client expectations during the hiring process 契約期間/Contract terms: Permanent 試用期間/Probation period: 3 months 就業場所/Work location: Nihombashi Horidome office / WFH 就業時間/Work hour: 9:00 - 18:00, 10:00 - 19:00 (flex) 休憩時間/Break time: 1 hour 休日/Holiday: Sat & Sun, national holidays 賃金/Salary: Flexible (draw system or base + bonus/incentive system) 30 hours (in a month) is included as fixed monthly overtime fee

応募条件	必須要件： - 3年以上の人材紹介コンサルタント(新規開拓/既存営業)、同様の採用経験 - 日本国内における業務知識、関連法規の知識 - 日本語が母国語レベルで英語力をお持ちの方あるいは英語が母国語レベルで日本語力が日常会話レベル以上の方 - 人材紹介における実績(年間10M以上) Requirements: - Over 3 years experience in Sales and Client Management as a recruitment consultant or HR/Talent acquisition - Local and regional market knowledge including relevant legal provision - Native level in Japanese and business level in English or Native level in English and conversational level in Japanese - Sales result (E.g. More than 10M yen) - Professional, reliable and well-presented - Outstanding Time Management - you know how to prioritize tasks - Excellent written and oral communication skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Personal Requirements You make things happen, hunter type You are persistent yet patient You want to win and yet are humble in victory and gracious in defeat You are results oriented and driven.
