Billing staff to support the local team and communicate with the global team | Work-life balance, career path, flexible working Description * Handle invoice inquiries from sales teams and customers via phone and email. * Process and issue invoices. * Record and adjust revenue. * Enter customer orders. * Resolve customer complaints and disputes. * Manage ad hoc billing queries. * Prepare documents and assist with external audits. Profile * Fluent in Japanese and English, including reading and writing. * 3+ years of experience in billing or customer service. * Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. * Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
