仕事内容	Will be joining European insurance company and assist with expense related closing tasks and financial reporting. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your Excel skills, accounting knowledge, and bookkeeping certificates. 欧州系の保険会社で経費関連の決算業務および財務報告をサポートします。Excelのスキルや会計知識・簿記資格が活かせるポジションです。 Description * Support with expense-related closing tasks * Prepare monthly financial reports * Data entry, table creation, and calculations using existing Excel templates and Pivot Table/VLOOKUP functions * Communicate effectively with international team members * Provide general department support as needed * 経費関連の決算業務をサポートする * 月次財務報告書を作成する * 既存のExcelテンプレートやPivot Table/VLOOKUP 関数を使用してデータ入力、テーブル作成、計算する * 国際的なチームメンバーと英語でコミュニケーションする * 必要に応じて部署をサポートする Profile * Business level English (email, verbal communication, and financial discussions with foreign team members) * Accounting knowledge * Proficiency in Word & Excel (data input, formatting, calculations, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP functions) * Strict confidentiality and compliance awareness * (Preferred Qualification) Bookkeeping certifications * ビジネスレベルの英語（メール、口頭でのコミュニケーション、および外国のチームメンバーとのディスカッション） * 会計知識 * Word&Excelの知識 (データ入力、フォーマット、計算、Pivot Table、VLOOKUP関数) * 厳格な秘密保持およびコンプライアンス意識 * (望ましい)簿記資格 Job Offer * 9:00-17:00 * Hybrid (Remote work possible when workload allows) * 9:00-17:00 * ハイブリッド勤務 (業務量に余裕のある場合、リモートワーク可能) To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
