仕事内容	Join a leading energy company as an Accounting Manager (standalone). This role offers a clear leadership path, competitive compensation, and three remote workdays per week. Description * Achart update and posting (cost only) * Input to management software and database * Management of payment (including overseas remittance) → Temporary approval before final approval in EB * Manage inter-company billing (including issuing recharge invoices) → Inter-co balance confirmation (quarterly) * Controlling, updating expense reports, and processing reimbursement forms * Checking and posting of HR-prepared payroll data * Preparation and payment of withholding income tax * Inventory control and unit price calculation for floats and other materials * PO approval (MAIN4), Inventory, CoGS control * Report new purchases and disposals/sales of fixed assets to the tax accountant (fixed asset ledgers managed by the tax accountant's office) * Accurate accounting (analysis and resolution of any inconsistencies) * Monthly, Annual closing * Update report documents to headquarters and management team * Prepare Margin Table (sales, cost, and gross profit report for each project) and report to France (quarterly) * Confirmation with related parties and analysis of causes for projects with lower gross profit than expected * Filing/paying of corporate tax, consumption tax, etc., and responding to tax audits * Management of bank loans, reporting, and submitting documents as required * Budgeting and forecasting * Analysis of annual financial results and internal reporting * Other accounting tasks and tasks required by the company * Other finance operating/management work Profile A successful Accounting Manager Standalone should have: * Proven record of experience in accounting * Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. * Accounting-related certifications are a plus * Fluency in Japanese and the ability to read and write in English * Team player and able to work independently * Proactive mindset and willingness to learn Job Offer * A competitive salary * Bonus incentives for exceptional performance. * Excellent work-life balance (3 days working from home and flexible working hours). * A supportive and collaborative work culture. * The chance to contribute to the renewable energy We encourage all qualified candidates who are passionate about making a difference the world's natural resource to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Accounting Manager Standalone.
