仕事内容	We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager with expertise in the FMCG industry. This role is based in Tokyo and involves overseeing general accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable management, petty cash management, and creating monthly internal reports. Description * Oversee general accounting and financial operations. * Manage accounts payable: invoice entry and expense settlement. * Handle accounts receivable: invoice issuance and deposit processing. * Supervise petty cash management. * Prepare monthly internal financial reports. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. * Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes. * Contribute to the company's financial planning and budgeting processes. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: * Proficiency in English and Japanese. * Solid background in general accounting and financial operations. * Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivable management. * Ability to manage petty cash and create detailed internal reports. * Proficiency in accounting software. * A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
