仕事内容	As the Marketing Manager for the Interventional Urology Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the innovative product, driving sales objectives, and providing on-site support and training for the salesforce. Description * Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for the UroLift product, aligning with sales targets and identifying growth opportunities. * Provide on-site support and training for the salesforce, including conducting field visits and implementing sales force trainings. * Plan and execute promotional events and activities, such as educational seminars and training workshops, to engage with customers and key opinion leaders. Profile * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. * Proven experience in medical device marketing, preferably in urology, with a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements. * Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
