仕事内容	The Senior Specialist in Product Marketing for Critical Care will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies, including product launch support and KOL relationship management, during the company's transition to an independent business entity. This position requires expertise in marketing principles, strong communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient care through innovative monitoring technologies. Description * Act as a subject matter expert in physician meetings, managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships in collaboration with sales representatives. * Develop and execute marketing strategies, including product materials, training programs, and sales force training to support product launch and commercialization. * Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop targeted marketing messages, lead sections of congress management projects, and drive pricing strategies and submissions for new products. Profile * Bachelor's degree required, with 5 years of work experience; Master's degree preferred with 3 years of related experience, ideally in sales, marketing, or healthcare industries. * Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong understanding of marketing principles, market dynamics, and clinical knowledge related to hospital environments and reimbursement policies.
