仕事内容	As the Marketing Product Specialist for Interventional Urology, you will collaborate with the marketing team to execute product strategies, support sales forces, develop promotional tools, and implement events, driving sales and marketing objectives for assigned products. Description * Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans, aligning with sales targets and identifying growth opportunities. * Assist in analyzing market trends, managing product quality, coordinating end user feedback, and supporting product launch and lifecycle management. * Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement promotional events, develop communication materials, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Profile * University degree in business and administration or equivalent experience. * Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, preferably in interventional urology. * Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
