Description * Develop and execute marketing strategies for core product families. * Lead and coach a team of Product Managers. * Ensure alignment between business unit and global sales and marketing teams. * Conduct economic studies to validate business opportunities. * Meet revenue and profit targets for assigned product families. * Provide product and business unit training to sales and customers. Profile * Bachelor's degree in business or technical field required; advanced degree preferred. * 5+ years of experience in product management or related areas. * Fluent in both Japanese and English. * Proven track record in bringing new products to market and achieving profit targets. * Strong technical knowledge and customer relations skills.
